Bandwagon -Sativa (28g)
Easily one of our favourite products so far. The Bandwagon Sativa 28g package by Simply Bare aka Rubicon Organics latest brand, Homestead is a classic example of how cannabis should be.
Grown in living soil, inside a FVOPA certified organic hybrid greenhouse, these bags are a testament to the quality that true-to-nature cannabis brings at a price that can be enjoyed by all. While quantities last.
So far, the two strains we have come across (and in stock) are BC Organic Sour Cookies, and BC Organic Blue Dream. Here’s our take on Homestead/Simply Bare’s version of these two classics:
BC Organic Sour Cookies (Sour Diesel x Girl Scout Cookies)
At approximately 23.5% THC & 2% terpenes; this would be one of the better bang for your buck options out there if the flower wasn’t so special. Lifted, Citrus aromas that blend perfectly with a subtle cookie aroma. Buds are deep green with a little orange visible beneath an even, uniform coating of trichomes.
At least, that was our impression when we opened the bag.
With a relatively uniform bud size, that borders on the small-medium category, there is no other fault with this bag of Sour Cookies apart from the fact that they aren’t always available. Easily strong enough for all “the real blazers” & at a price enjoyable to all.
BC Organic Blue Dream (Blueberry x Haze)
Another flagship Simply Bare strain that is one of a kind. With buds looking very nature like, the Blue Dream strain certainly smells like it’s from a happy plant with nice large buds and lots of terpy aromas. Bud density is essentially perfect with the aromas of blueberry and cheese very pronounced throughout the whole consumption process. After consuming, we found the effect is very cerebral, with the unique flavour profile setting the way for any variety of good experiences that would benefit from a nice robust Sativa.
